As you will appreciate not all clocks weigh the same!

I send all my clocks by Global Priority Airmail. This does cost a little extra but the service to most of the world is 3 to 5 days.

I have added a Postage Charge to the bottom of each page, this cost is calculated on the size of the Packing case it is sent in as required by the Parcelforce Website and not the actual weight.

I can send the item by Standard International Airmail(7 to 10 days)which is cheaper but there are no guarantees. If you wish me to send them out to you this way then let me know.

If you wish you can arrange your own carrier to pick up from me.

The clocks are very well packed using, Bubble Wrap, (both inside and out). Poly chips and good strong, stout boxes. Usually reinforced cardboard but where necessary a wooden crate can be used.

We take great care packing our clocks and will ALWAYS do our best to help with any problems concerning delivery.

I will pack any item free of charge. I never charge more than the actual cost of carriage, as per the Parcelforce Postage calculator for the size of package.

I cannot be held responsible for any item damaged in transit, this is between the carrier and the purchaser, Global Priority carries a £150 Insurance cover, if you require more then let me know.

I will accept returns within 14 days of receipt, on condition the item(s) are returned in the condition they were sent out in, and are significantly other than described. In which case a 15% handling fee is applied.
